The AI Sommelier is a cellar, pairing, and event-planning companion for people of legal drinking age. By using it you confirm you meet the drinking age where you live.

Recommendations are food-and-wine guidance, not health advice, inventory guarantees, or investment advice. Drink-window estimates are honest best-efforts from wine knowledge — bottles, like dogs, have minds of their own.

Purchases happen with the winery, shop, or distributor you buy from — we recommend; they sell. White-label deployments are operated under the partner's own terms in addition to these.
